Kuwait International Airport Terminal 2 will provide an iconic new gateway to the State of Kuwait, with a design that is rooted in a sense of place, responsive to the climate and inspired by local materials and architectural traditions. The new terminal will have a capacity of 25 million passengers per year and, with further expansion, could accommodate 50 million passengers. These strategic aims are matched by a state-of-the-art terminal building, providing passengers with the highest levels of comfort and operational efficiency.

The Project is approximately 633,870 m2 gross floor area, the new Terminal has been designed to IATA Service Level A. The project targets LEED Gold and strives to be one of the first passenger terminals in the world to attain this level of environmental accreditation.
