Job Summary:

We are looking to employ a fresh graduate Proposal & Business Development Officer with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. A Proposal & BD Officer shall be smart, organized, honest, proactive and have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

The job will be based on Amman office under “Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) training in the aim of employment” program.

Qualifications
Diploma/BSc degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
Fresh graduated with 0-2 years of experience in proposal, business development or any other related fields.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
High computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, AutoCAD, and related business and communication tools.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Extracting Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) of HVAC system quantities, preparing TAB Pricing Sheets, and issuing final TAB proposals.
Preparation of Technical Submittals (TS) and TAB Method of Statements (MS).
Preparation of Commissioning Pricing Sheet for Mechanical & Electrical systems and issuing the final Commissioning proposals.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and clients. Calendar for the occasions for external communications.
Assist in keeping all official and technical documents in the right formats and up to the latest version.
Cooperate with Business Development Manager to develop and enhance the work processes.
Internal development / cooperation with other managers & departments as needed.
