Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to be a strategic technical leader responsible for driving business development for major Enterprise and Financial accounts in Riyadh. You will serve as the bridge between complex engineering requirements (Mechanical/Electrical). This role requires a professional who can navigate the ambiguity of large-scale projects and deliver "turn-key" technical solutions that meet the high standards of the Saudi market.

Experience: 6–10 Years

Professional Experience: 6 to 10 years of proven success in a Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting role within the KSA market.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred).
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical system commissioning and the integration of these systems.
Communication: Fluency in English with the ability to explain complex technological solutions to both technical engineers and business decision-makers.
Negotiation: Excellent business acumen and the ability to maintain focus during high-pressure sales negotiations.
Competitive Drive: Proven ability to excel in competitive environments and manage the full Sales Cycle effectively.

1- Technical Solutioning & TAB Excellence
Lead the entire sales process: from initial discovery and project review to the final submission of Testing & Commissioning protocols.
Provide technical perspectives on Balancing requirements for complex ME/EE systems, ensuring they meet client-specific and international standards.
Offer alternative engineering solutions to meet unique end-user criteria, particularly when integrating physical system performance with Cloud/SaaS monitoring platforms.
2- Strategic Business Development & Market Growth
Identify and capture business development opportunities within key vertical segments, including Financial centers and large-scale Enterprise projects.
Develop sales and marketing strategies that emphasize the ROI of high-quality Testing and Commissioning services.
Represent the company in industry forums, technical conferences, and site visits to demonstrate the value of our engineering offerings.
3- Operational Collaboration & Training
Collaborate with Local Operations Teams and regional contractors to obtain accurate quotes and ensure the feasibility of commissioning schedules.
Interface with internal departments to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of solution delivery to individual end-users.
Develop and implement application training programs to keep the Sales organization updated on the latest Testing and Balancing technologies and Cloud integrations.
