Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a NETA Level 3 Certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing, commissioning, and maintaining electrical power systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Work will be based on the company’s Saudi Arabia branch.

Qualifications
NETA Level 3 Certification (Current and valid)
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical testing and commissioning of power systems
Strong knowledge of ANSI, IEEE, NFPA, and other relevant standards
Hands-on experience with switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, and protection relays
Ability to perform acceptance testing, maintenance testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems
Proficient in interpreting electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and wiring diagrams
Strong understanding of electrical safety practices and arc flash hazards
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and reporting skills in English (written and verbal)
Willingness to travel to various project sites as required
Responsibilities
Lead, manage and supervise all Testing and Commissioning works and teams on the sites he is working on.
Prepare/Review the Cx Management documentation works (Design review, method statements, Cx plans, etc.) that are needed for the projects.
Ability to complete the project on time and handing over the Testing and Commissioning works for the client representative.
Ability to represent the company in an excellent manner.
Assist the area manager in preparing schedules, T&C plans, and evaluation forms.
Achieve new milestones in technical knowledge related to our services.
Preparing and submitting the invoices for the projects on time and follow up the collection of the submitted invoices.
Share the testing procedure (Case Study) for any new tests conducted on the projects, and train the subordinates whenever needed.
