Job Summary:

We are seeking a BIM & Asset Information Specialist to lead the digital transformation of our project handover phase. You will be responsible for managing BIM models and asset information to support Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and TAB activities. Your primary goal is to ensure an accurate digital handover and seamless integration with facility management systems (CMMS/CAFM) in strict alignment with ISO 19650 standards and KSA project requirements..

Experience: 5–6 Years

Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: 5 to 6 years of proven experience in BIM and asset information management, with a strong preference for candidates from an MEP project background.
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of the T&C and TAB processes and how they relate to digital asset data.
Standards: Expert knowledge of COBie and the processes for asset data integration.
Communication: Strong ability to coordinate between site-based engineering teams and office-based data management teams.

Model Validation: Review and validate as-built BIM models in collaboration with MEP and commissioning teams to ensure "as-installed" accuracy.
Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of equipment and asset data captured during the T&C and TAB process.
Digital Handover: Lead the preparation of comprehensive digital handover packages, including COBie data, O&M manuals, and digitized test/T&C reports.
Lifecycle Integration: Manage the Asset Information Model (AIM) and facilitate its integration into client CMMS/CAFM systems.
Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to ISO 19650 and Common Data Environment (CDE) standards across all project phases.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the technical point of contact for consultants and clients to ensure smooth final project close-out and data approval.
Field-to-Office Bridge: Facilitate the flow of real-time commissioning data from site teams into the BIM environment (e.g., using BIM 360/ACC).
