Prepare detailed Testing & Commissioning (T&C) method statements for mechanical systems in accordance with project specifications, applicable codes, and international standards

Develop and compile comprehensive Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals including system descriptions, operating procedures, datasheets, and vendor documentation

1- Technical Solutioning & TAB Excellence

Lead the entire sales process: from initial discovery and project review to the final submission of Testing & Commissioning protocols.

Model Validation: Review and validate as-built BIM models in collaboration with MEP and commissioning teams to ensure "as-installed" accuracy.

Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of equipment and asset data captured during the T&C and TAB process.

Maintain essential ERP system (Odoo) operations including, but not limited to, HR, sales, projects, and accounting tasks.

Monitor performance and support the functionality enhancement of ERP operations and outputs according to management requirements.

Lead, manage and supervise all Testing and Commissioning works and teams on the sites he is working on.

Prepare/Review the Cx Management documentation works (Design review, method statements, Cx plans, etc.) that are needed for the projects.

Develop detailed Testing & Commissioning schedules for MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, Plumbing, BMS, ELV, etc.).

Coordinate with installation and QA/QC teams to align testing sequences with overall project timelines.

Lead, manage and supervise all Testing and Commissioning works and teams on the sites he is working on.

Prepare/Review the Cx Management documentation works (Design review, method statements, Cx plans, etc.) that are needed for the projects.

Document Management: Organizing and maintaining all MEP project documents (drawings, specs, reports, etc.).

Version Control: Ensuring latest versions are available to the team, managing revisions and updates.

Lead, manage and supervise all Testing and Commissioning works and teams on the sites he is working on.
